Purpose:	In a context of fellowship and accountability, organize small groups to foster the maturing of Christ's disciples in building a healthy local church.
Objectives:	- Identify qualified individuals for small group leadership training, development, and support. - Identify and prioritize common spiritual needs and weaknesses at FBC, and prayerfully consider the appropriate measures and resources for their resolve. - Invite participation in an appropriate small group as defined by theme, location, frequency and duration - Increase participation by expanding existing groups, and initiating new groups - Include effective means by which this ministry can be bathed in prayer - Interact with groups by encouraging and evaluating their effectiveness, along with any necessary remedial measures.
