What is Pioneer Clubs, you may be
wondering? Well, first of all, of course, Pioneer Clubs is a place
to learn more about God, and why He and his Word should be important
to us. But Pioneer Clubs isn't only about sitting in a class, learning
a lesson.... that's just a very small part of what we do.
We meet from 6:45 to 8:15 every Wednesday night.
Part of our time is doing a short Bible lesson. We also have time in the
gym for some great games. We've done lots of cool crafts, like building
birdhouses, making bracelets, or putting together jewelry boxes for our
moms at Valentines Day. We've had some great special nights, such as our
recent car races that the boys had, with
cars they made themselves, or like Hee Haw night
when we all came dressed up as our favorite western character, played
great games and even had a hayride. We've even done some things outside
the church, like going on a hike or going miniature golfing. And of course,
best of all, we always have great snacks to finish up our night!
Pioneer Clubs is divided up into five classes: 4
and 5 year olds; 1st and 2nd Grade Girls; 1st and 2nd Grade Boys; 3rd
thru 5th Grade Girls, and 3rd thru 5th Grade Boys.
